The University Corporate Relationship Management System (UCRMS) has been set up to assist UWA in managing all its external relationships with supporters and alumni

As the higher education sector moves into a more competitive and aggressive environment, it is clear that we need to effectively manage relationships between the University, its staff and external individuals and organisations.

In 2007 the University established a project to roll out a Corporate Relationship Management system using the Office of Development’s Raiser’s Edge database as the platform. This process is continuing as we create a single contact management database, through the Office of Development, drawing from data sources across the University. The UCRMS brings together information on UWA graduates, staff, supporters and friends in a single database that will allow us to manage and coordinate contact with all these groups.

Access to UCRMS

Access to UCRMS is available to selected Faculty and School staff who have a need to manage contact lists and relationships. Alternatively if you require a conatct list to be produced for an event (e.g. list of alumni with contact details for reunion event) one-off requests can be made by using the UCRMS data request form.

Privacy and confidentiality

Information in the UCRMS is strictly confidential and is not to be disclosed unless it is required for work purposes. We ask you to be a good steward of our information and the database - do not create unauthorised mailings or look at records that are not of relevance to you.

Security settings for users reflect the particular combination of access to information and functionality that individual users require. Before you are granted access, you must attend training where you will be required to consent to a Confidentiality Policy and Agreement.
