Soprano
I grew up in Perth, where I was a pupil of renowned soprano Molly McGurk.
Appearing in opera, concert and recital performances I am a leading exponent of Baroque repertoire in Australia. I am a regular performer with Symphony Australia Orchestras, Musica Viva, the Australian Chamber Orchestra and the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs.
I made my Pinchgut Opera debut in their highly successful production of Purcell's The Fairy Queen and Monteverdi's Orfeo. My opera roles have included Angelica in Orlando and Zerlina in Don Giovanni for Opera Australia, Micaela in Carmen, Papagena in The Magic Flute and Giannetta in The Elixir of Love for WA Opera. I have made a number of recordings and was a finalist for the ARIA Award for the Best Classical Release in 2004.
